[rtl]The Turkish Statistics Authority announced on Saturday that Iraq ranked fourth among the countries that import the most from Turkey last April, indicating an increase in exports and imports by 0.1% and 4.0%, respectively.[/rtl]
[rtl]The authority stated, in a report seen by Al-Iqtisad News, that exports amounted to 19 billion and 254 million dollars, an increase of 0.1%, and imports amounted to 29 billion 117 million dollars, an increase of 4.0% compared to April 2023.[/rtl]
[rtl]She added, "Germany is the main partner for exports with one billion and 483 million dollars, followed by the United States of America second with one billion and 186 million dollars, then Britain third with one billion and 170 million dollars, followed by Iraq fourth with 876 million dollars, and Italy came fifth with 861 million dollars."[/rtl]
[rtl]Iraq imports most goods, merchandise, and foodstuffs from neighboring countries, especially Turkey and Iran, and to a lesser extent from the Arab Gulf states and Jordan.[/rtl]
