The Company Registration Department at the Ministry of Commerce signs a joint cooperation mechanism with the Council for Competition and Monopoly Affairs

[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The Companies Registration Department in the Ministry of Commerce and the Council for Competition and Monopoly Affairs signed a joint cooperation mechanism in order to strengthen the bonds of joint cooperation between the Council and the Department in implementation of the Competition and Monopoly Prevention Law No. (14) of 2010 with the aim of achieving fair competition.
The ministry’s media office statement quoted the director general of the department, Rashad Khalaf Hashem, as saying, “The cooperation mechanism has been signed for coordination, joint work, and taking into account the implementation of the law in a way that serves market regulation and monitoring economic concentrations that are harmful to competition.”/End H[/rtl]
