    The Prime Minister received the commander of the armed forces Haider al-Abadi, on Saturday, the body and leaders of the popular crowd, while stressing that the popular crowd is a reserve for the security forces and supported them and will not end with a stingy conclusion.
    The summary of the meeting was published in a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office,
    It said:
    "1. We congratulate the popular crowd for the great victories achieved with the participation of most Iraqis.
    2 - Iraqis sacrificed all their martyrs, wounded and fighters.
    3 - Iraqis have responded to the call of God and the homeland to protect the human and liberate the land.
    4 - sacrifices culminated in unity and we would not win without our unity.
    5. Iraqis unite in the face of terrorism.
    6 - We achieved victory in Mosul after the world was almost impossible.
    7 - We want to eliminate the preacher, not absorb it.
    8 - The world was convinced that an advocate can not be eliminated.
    9 - Terrorism did not arise in Iraq because of the policies of the state.
    10. Terrorists pride themselves on killing civilians and their strategy is to kill lives.
    11. The world has been talking about long years to eliminate the preacher.
    12. We have previously expressed our dissatisfaction with the slow support of the Coalition and subsequently increased its support.
    13. Our unity has achieved miracles and transformed us from a weak society into a strong society.
    14 - Many believed that Mosul could not return to the homeland, but we won and succeeded.
    15 - The most prominent features of the readiness to sacrifice are their names of volunteers.
    16. Volunteers did not fight for the salary.
    17. Soon we will end the existence of a presence in Iraq.
    18 - We have challenges, notably construction, reconstruction, development and the return of displaced persons.
    19. All of the State's potential has been used to eradicate terrorism and liberate the land.
    20. All of Iraq's provinces have suffered, not just the cities they raped.
    21 - We have sacrifices, martyrs, wounded, and fighters who are made of victory.
    22. We must pay attention to the families of the martyrs, the wounded, the sacrificers and the fighters who have remained.
    23. We have achieved unity in combat and we want to achieve it in other areas.
    24 - We want the services to go to the most deserving citizens.
    25. Much of the country's wealth is wasted due to poor planning and corruption.
    26. There is a new wave of some promoting sectarianism and racism.
    27. We are working to criminalize sectarian, racist and hate speech.
    28 - Some want to pave the way for the return of an advocate and drag society to fight because he is afraid of God and has no religion.
    29. There are merchants of war who do not want the war to stand because they have mastered its existence.
    30. Popular mobilization is a security system that does not interfere in political conflicts.
    31. The military establishment should not be in the atmosphere of opposition or follow the parties.
    32. The military establishment must protect the citizen.
    The popular crowd is a security institution that follows the state and has a law.
    33. The security system of the state must be subject not to parties or parties.
    34. The popular mobilization law came unanimously and with the blessing of the religious authority represented by Mr. Sistani.
    35- The popular crowd is friendly and supportive of the security forces.
    36. The crowd will not end with an exhilarating end. The challenge continues and remains.
    37. The popular crowd will remain and we must protect it and we will not accept its abuse.
    38. We must maintain the discipline of the popular crowd.
    39. There is considerable support for popular mobilization by the State.
    40. We must prevent and discourage individual excesses.

    47. We call on the militants to exercise more discipline to maintain victory.
