Gaddafi killed .. "war crime full-fledged"

    Baghdad - Agencies

Libya's National Human Rights Commission expressed its strong dissatisfaction with the continued silence of the International Criminal Court over the murder of former Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi and his son Mutassim Bellah.

In a statement carried by the Libyan news agency WAL, the committee considered the killing of Gaddafi and his son, Mu'tasim Bellah, after being captured alive by the forces of the former transitional council, brutally brutalizing their bodies and burying them in an unknown place.

The committee called on the International Criminal Court to take international legal responsibility for the necessity of opening a thorough investigation into the killing of Gaddafi and his son, as the court is directly responsible for issuing a warrant for arrest and prosecution of Gaddafi and identifying the local, regional and international parties involved in the killing.

The Committee pointed out that there is information indicating the involvement of the State of Qatar through Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani in the killing of Gaddafi, after personally ordered the commander of his own forces to eliminate him as a result of the dangerous information held by Gaddafi on the rulers of Qatar and their role of sabotage and support for terrorist and extremist organizations in Niger and Chad Afghanistan and Somalia, and their attempts to stir up chaos and support strong opposition in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Syria and Yemen.

The information and reports indicate that Gaddafi was killed by the French intelligence agent, on the direct orders of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy, in order to hide the information and secrets in Gaddafi's possession, including the financial support of the former French president in the presidential elections as well as the investment and economic conflict in Africa.
