    [ltr]The Russian presidential commissioner for children's rights, Anna Kuznetsova, said on Monday that 445 Russian children are in Iraq and Syria, indicating that 28% of these children are not more than three years old.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Our database does not contain data on all children on the battlefield," Kuznetsova said in a press release. "Our data base does not contain data on all children present on the battlefield, pointing to the importance of adding and updating data in this base.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov also published videos of "Ingrid" filmed at a children's home in Baghdad, where Russian children were brought by their parents to Iraq who joined the Da'ash organization. Kadyrov expressed hope that the children's families would be found in Russia In order to repatriate them[/ltr]
