The Committee on Services and Reconstruction Parliamentary, on Tuesday, the government resort to external loans for the reconstruction of areas affected by the control urged by the financial crisis.
"The state budget does not contain funds for the reconstruction of areas affected by the oil export funds because of the financial crisis," said the head of the committee, Nazem al-Saadi.
He added that "the government resorted to loans from the major powers and the World Bank for the reconstruction of areas affected by terrorist acts because of control over them."
He added that "the government began to refer a number of reconstruction projects in those areas of the German loan," noting that "the Prime Minister relies on the Kuwait Conference of donor countries for the reconstruction of Iraq expected in the coming period for international grants and loans to complete the reconstruction of the affected areas."
