The problem is that despite the many negatives that typify the budget of the items and their inability to achieve the developmental goals, the Ministry of Finance did not consider turning to a new type of budgets, which proved its success and excellence is a balance of programs and performance, which gives importance to government policies by focusing on projects and not On the basis of what is spent, as is the case with our annual budget, which is over 60 years old and we are still sticking to it.
