[rtl]Israeli Channel 10 revealed that the decision of US President "Donald Trump", which intends to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of "Israel" was green light from Egypt and Saudi Arabia.[/rtl]
[rtl]The channel said that the decision of the US President to move the Embassy of Washington from Tel Aviv to the occupied city of Jerusalem can not be done without Arab coordination.[/rtl]
[rtl]She added that the Arab countries warn of escalation, but the Palestinians are paying the price of major changes in the region, pointing out that at the same time that both Saudi Arabia and Egypt have given Trump the green light to implement its decision and the transfer of the US embassy to Jerusalem in preparation for the big decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of " Israel".[/rtl]
[rtl]The Israeli Minister of Intelligence and Communications, Israel Katz, announced that the US administration had previously coordinated with Arab leaders on the Trump decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of the Israeli occupation and to begin the process of transferring the US Embassy to it.[/rtl]
[rtl]In an interview with Israel's Channel 10 television last night, Katz explained that Trump's keenness to coordinate with Arab leaders came to ensure that they would contribute to containing the Palestinian reaction to the decision.[/rtl]
[rtl]Regarding Saudi Arabia's position on the American decision, Katz said that Riyadh takes into account the common security interests with Israel, especially in the face of Iran, when formulating a position on the Trump decision, recalling that the adoption by the Arab countries of the American umbrella is a factor Is important in determining the nature of the Arab reaction.[/rtl]
[rtl]Kats considered that Trump's decision was a historic one, noting that it completely cuts the road for the Palestinians to rely on partition resolution 181 to justify the demand for the partition of Jerusalem.[/rtl]
[rtl]According to Katz, the partition resolution states that Jerusalem and Bethlehem are international cities, noting that the recognition of Trump detracts from Jerusalem and confirms that the city is the capital of the State of Israel.[/rtl]
[rtl]In the same context, the political commentator of Channel 10, "Barak Rafid" a very senior official in the US administration as saying that Washington is fully satisfied with the disciplined condemnation, issued by the moderate Arab countries, the decision of "Trump."[/rtl]
[rtl]According to the US official, Washington is betting that the position taken by Arab governments will facilitate it to help contain the Palestinian reaction.[/rtl]
[rtl]On Wednesday evening, US President Donald Trump announced the recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, aimed at moving his country's embassy to Jerusalem.[/rtl]
[rtl]He said in a speech on Wednesday, that the issuance of the decision was delayed a lot, pointing out that "the decision is in the interest of peace between Palestinians and Israelis."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added that it is wrong to repeat the previous administrations, which did not reach a solution to the crisis, noting that "former presidents believed that postponing the recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of (Israel) contributes to the solution, but it did not happen."[/rtl]
[rtl]He continued: "Orders were directed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the transfer of the embassy from (Tel Aviv) to Jerusalem," revealing that the final transfer will be after the completion of the construction of the new building of the embassy.[/rtl]
[rtl]Trump promised during his campaign to end the 2016 transfer of the US embassy to Jerusalem and reiterated on more than one occasion that it was "only tied to the timing."[/rtl]
[rtl]In early June, Trump, who took power on Jan. 20, signed a memorandum to postpone the transfer of the US embassy to Jerusalem for six months.[/rtl]
[rtl]Arab, Islamic and Western countries and international institutions warned that the transfer of the embassy to Jerusalem would unleash widespread popular anger in the region and completely undermine the peace process, which has been stalled since 2014.[/rtl]
[rtl]And occupied (Israel), East Jerusalem in 1967, and later announced the annexation to their state, and reunification with the western part, considering it "a unified and eternal capital," which is rejected by the international community to recognize it. C[/rtl]
