Jubouri calls for partisan disarmament everywhere in Iraq

Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri said on Sunday that what Iraq has experienced was not the result of internal conflict, while called for the disarmament of partisan everywhere in Iraq and the reluctance of the policy of militarization of society. 

Al-Jubouri said in a speech during his participation in the meeting of the thirteenth session of the Manama Dialogue for Regional Security and received Alsumaria News a copy of that "Iraq is an important key axis in the world, and the change that took place in 2003 was the key to a broad change in the Arab world," noting " What Iraq was not the result of an internal Iraqi conflict, but the product of a conflict known parties on the hegemony on the sources of energy and strategic communications in the region and control the capabilities and wealth of their people.



He added that "terrorism is a global scourge that threatens humanity wherever it is, and that its complete eradication can not be achieved by military resolution in its areas of proliferation, but rather by a comprehensive international program that aims at its intellectual roots and basic floods and limits the means of its propagation." These challenges will be possible only with regional and international support for the unity of Iraq and its positive role in the region. " 

"The most important challenges facing the obstacles are the need to complete the building of the state of constitutional institutions, which has delayed some of the war against terrorism and the amendment of the Constitution, which contains concepts exciting to the difference and the intersection instead of being an enigma of unity and harmony, in addition to addressing the deep problems in political programs Economic, social and security, "calling for the importance of"

"We must launch a reform campaign that will address the sloppiness and corruption that have conspicuously and dangerously threatened the future of the country, sharing power on the basis of national partnership and renouncing exclusivity, as well as distributing wealth, labor and production equally to all Iraqis, including minorities who still suffer marginalization," he said. And the exclusion of the Iraqi theater from the cycle of conflicts in the region and not to make it a field to settle international accounts at the expense of the blood of its people and the unity of its people and present and future. 

The first session of the 13th session of the Manama Dialogue was held under the patronage of the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander , First Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, while the Speaker of the House of Representatives announced his participation in the summit.
