Today, Thursday, the Humm Movement called on the House of Representatives to strike the dens of corruption, while affirming its support for the decisions and recommendations taken by the Parliamentary Integrity Committee.
The movement's spokesman, Saad Mahmoud Al-Masoudi, said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, "Activating the oversight role and directing the oversight committees to expedite the resolution of files in ministries, government agencies, institutions and governorates, as these institutions have been marred by a type of accumulated corruption without oversight or accountability."
He added, "The formation of these parliamentary oversight committees is based on the many reports about service and fictitious projects that have exhausted the general budget in general and the governorates' budget in particular."
He pointed out that "the Humm Movement stands behind the decisions and recommendations taken by the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, and we support them in striking the dens of corruption wherever they are." End / 25 H
