    Information / Baghdad..
Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Economic Committee, Yasser Al-Husseini, criticized, on Thursday, the government’s withdrawal of the Public-Private Partnership Law.
Al-Hussaini said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, "The government withdrew the law to continue concluding contracts in a clear and explicit violation."
He added, "The contracts concluded between the private sector and the ministries are similar to weak contracts, accusing the government of withdrawing the law to continue concluding weak contracts outside the legal framework."
He explained that "his committee repeatedly asked the government to return the law to the House of Representatives, but to no avail," stressing that "the law was suddenly withdrawn by the government." End / 25 H
