However, Jordan has exceeded all expectations and achieved a rise in tourism indicators despite the challenges faced by the sector," he said.
    "The radical change of work and the development of promotional and marketing plans for the Jordanian tourism product have contributed to the increase in the number of tourists. Jordan has a tourism diversity, which led to the sector not being affected by the conditions in the region," he said.
    "Since 2010, the number of tourists has begun to decline as a result of the political conditions in the region, and Jordan is part of the region. However, the diversity of the Jordanian tourism product has limited the continued decline in tourism figures.     "The number of overnight tourists rose by 9.5 percent to reach 3.911 million tourists compared to 3.574 million during the same period last year," he said.
    He added that "the number of visitors per day who came to the Kingdom during the first eleven months of this year rose by 6.4% than recorded during the same period last year."
