6 thousand job positions to appoint top students and certificate holders

The Civil Service Council is working in coordination with the Ministry of Finance to create job grades for more than 6,000 top applicants and holders of higher degrees.
The official spokesperson for the Council, Saad Al-Lami, told Al-Sabah that "there are 6,500 applicants with higher degrees and top graduates covered by Laws 59 and 67, and the Civil Service Council has not received any requests for their specializations from the relevant ministries, institutions and sectoral bodies." He added that "the Council, after coordinating with the Council of Ministers and parliamentary committees, received new requests for these specializations, while coordination is currently underway with the Ministry of Finance to create job grades and titles for their specializations in line with the developments taking place in countries around the world in this field."
Al-Lami explained that "the next stage will witness the completion of this file to begin the third stage of employment," noting that "there are eight thousand job positions in the council, and therefore appointments can be opened soon for holders of higher degrees and top students to complete the total number fixed in the budget, which is 31 thousand job positions."
