    Baghdad:
Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani stressed to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Jordanian King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein the importance of coordinating Arab and Islamic efforts to deliver aid to Lebanon. The Prime Minister’s media office stated in a statement: “Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani made a phone call to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and the call addressed the most prominent files in the region, and the repercussions caused by the Zionist aggression on brotherly Lebanon, in addition to its war that it has been waging for about a year on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and the brutal massacres that civilians are being subjected to there. The two presidents stressed, according to the statement, the necessity for major countries, organizations and international institutions to assume their responsibilities to put an end to the Zionist criminality that violated humanitarian laws and charters, and the importance of coordinating Arab and Islamic efforts to deliver humanitarian aid and relief supplies to our brothers in Lebanon and Palestine. In addition, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani and King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan stressed the importance of coordination to deliver humanitarian aid to Lebanon, while they stressed On the necessity of expanding international action to stop the Zionist attacks. A statement issued by the Prime Minister’s media office, received by “Al-Zawraa” stated: “Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani made a phone call to the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, in which he discussed the general situation in the region, the rapid developments, and the repercussions of the continued Zionist aggression on brotherly Lebanon, and the war of genocide being waged against our Palestinian people in Gaza.” He added that “the call witnessed the mutual confirmation of the necessity of expanding action at the international and global levels, urging international organizations and major countries to exert maximum efforts to stop the aggression, and condemning the Zionist attacks on brotherly southern Lebanon, in addition to bilateral coordination between Iraq and Jordan to deliver emergency humanitarian aid and support to our steadfast peoples in both Lebanon and Palestine.”
