    {Economic: Al Furat News} Asia has dominated the Iranian export market during the past five months, and according to the latest customs statistics, the largest share of Iran’s exports during that period was allocated to China and Iraq.

    Customs data show that during the mentioned period, the value of Iran's foreign trade (non-oil goods) amounted to 48 billion and 250 million dollars with a weight of 76 billion and 200 million tons, which represents a growth in weight and value compared to the same period last year.
    According to the data announced during this period, the value of Iran's final exports of non-oil goods is equivalent to 21 billion 933 million dollars with a weight of 60 million 512 thousand tons. The data shows that compared to the same period last year, the country's export trend increased by 7.27% in weight and 10.02% in value.
    Iranian Customs pointed out the countries to which Iranian export goods were exported during the past five months, saying that Iraq, China, the UAE, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Oman, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan were among the most important export destinations for Iran.
    According to customs statistics, it can be said that during these five months, China imported $5,928,800,000 worth of Iranian goods. Thus, this country has become the first destination for Iranian goods. According to the data announced during the period under study, Iraq ranked second in Iran’s exports. The value of goods exported to Iraq amounted to just over $4,578 million.
    According to the announced data, the third export destination in the period under review was the United Arab Emirates, to which Iran's exports amounted to more than $2 billion and 295 million.
    The assessments show that the total exports to Turkey are worth more than $2 billion and 132 million. According to the announced data, “Afghanistan” was the fifth export destination of Iran during the period under review, and according to customs data, slightly more than $2 billion and 132 million of Iranian goods were exported to this country. As for Pakistan, it imported about $838 million and 500 thousand of goods from Iran in 5 months.
    According to the announced data, Iran's fifth export destination among Asian countries was India, which imported $736 million and 600 thousand from Iran. Then came Oman, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan with $677.8 million, $417.2 million and $298 million respectively.
