    [ltr]Baghdad's governor, Atwan al-Atwani, called on the Finance Ministry on Tuesday to speed up approval of grades for education, health and other departments of his government.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Al Atwani appealed to the Ministry of Finance to approve the grades for education, health and other departments affiliated to his government," said the statement of the Information Office of the governor received by Mawazin News, describing the delayed release of these grades as "adversely affecting the administrative work of his government as it suffers from a large shortage of cadres "He said.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Al-Atwani added that "the capital of Baghdad has a differentity from other provinces because it has a large population density and thus depriving them of employment opportunities will increase the size of disguised unemployment."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "a large number of lecturers who have served the capital schools need to be installed in honor of their efforts in support of the educational sector."[/ltr]

    Baghdad Governor Atwan Al-Atwani called on the Ministry of Finance to expedite the approval of the grades for education, health and other departments of the local government.
     
    A statement issued by the Information Office of the governor that Atawani described "the delay in the launch of these grades that it will negatively affect the administrative work of his government as it suffers from a significant shortage of cadres career."
     
    He pointed out that "the capital Baghdad has a differentity from other provinces because it has a large population density and thus depriving them of recruitment opportunities will increase the size of underemployment, as well as the presence of a large number of lecturers who have served the capital schools need to be installed in honor of their efforts in support of the educational sector."

    Demand for the pay scale reform.  Purposefully delayed.
