The security authorities in Saudi Arabia have accused Iran of supporting terrorist groups to carry out their missions on behalf of the state sponsors of terrorism, such as the Houthi militia in Yemen, the Lebanese Hezbollah and the Dahedash organization, as well as the elements being handled in Qatif province in eastern Saudi Arabia.

This came during the official announcement of the finding of the body of Judge Mohammed al-Jirani, the judge of the Department of Endowments and Heritage in Qatif, who was buried in the farm of Salhiya in the town of Awamiya (eastern Saudi Arabia), during a security operation killing the wanted security Salman al-Faraj.

"There is support from outside Saudi Arabia for terrorist militias, especially media support," said Interior Ministry spokesman Major General Mansour al-Turki. "There are media trumpets acting on behalf of these groups to give media attention to these terrorist operations."

He stressed during his press conference that "there is a realization of the Iranian role in supporting the terrorist groups that carry out their missions on behalf of the state sponsors of terrorism," adding that "we see this in the Houthi militia and the Lebanese Hezbollah militia and the organization calling for the terrorist, even in the elements that are dealt with in Qatif Governorate ".

"The state sponsors of terrorism are always keen not to support terrorist groups directly and to exploit these terrorist organizations," he said.
