The chairman of the reconstruction and investment committee in the Anbar Provincial Council, Arkan al-Turmoz, said Saturday that the projects to be offered for investment in Anbar at the donor conference to be held in Kuwait will not exceed 7 projects and does not meet the need.
Tarmuz said: "The most important investment opportunities to be presented by Anbar governor Mohammed Halbusi at the donor conference is the glass exhibition in Ramadi and the city of Habbaniyah tourism and the establishment of a university hospital and also refinery in Anbar as well as the establishment of cement plant and the phosphate project.
He added that "these projects do not meet the total need in the province that needs to be built before investing."
Adding that "the need to maintain the reconstruction of infrastructure is not less than $ 10 billion, not to mention the need of the people to compensate for their homes destroyed."
