The Iraqi National Congress, Aras Habib, said on Monday that premature questioning of the outcome of the donor conference in Kuwait is not based on a sound vision.
"Regardless of the funds that Iraq may receive from grants, loans and investments, it will benefit the country in the best use and the way it is employed," Habib said in a statement. A great opportunity for economic dealings with Iraq. "
