Distributed more than 6 billion liters of fuel last year

The company announced the distribution of petroleum products, one of the companies of the Ministry of Oil for the processing of more than (6) billion liters of fuel for power plants during the past year.
"The power plants of the Ministry of Electricity are equipped with more than (6) billion liters of different fuels in 2017 by way of forward payment," said Kazim Masir, director general of the company, in a press release obtained by "Economy News".
"The company has equipped all the power plants with all their needs of diesel fuel, gas oil and fuel oil by way of payment in addition to the monthly plan to equip the generators with the necessary fuel in an effort to provide electricity to the citizens.
He added that "the distribution company has equipped the generators during the last year with more than (510) million liters of gas oil product for its keen to continue to equip citizens with electric power, in addition to providing the needs of all service departments."
It is worth mentioning that the distribution company has prepared an integrated plan for the processing and distribution of petroleum products to all citizens and the government and private sectors in all governorates during the current year.
