    [rtl]At the direction of the Prime Minister, the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alaq meeting to provide all facilities for the participation of displaced persons in the upcoming elections . "[/rtl]

     


    [rtl]The Secretary-General stressed the Government's intention to provide all facilities to secure the requirements for the participation of displaced persons in the elections scheduled for mid-May. He pointed out the importance of establishing a database to survey the numbers and names of voters who are displaced inside the camps, residents, returnees and all over the country starting in 2000 .[/rtl]

     


    [rtl]The meeting, which was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Displacement and Migration and the representatives of the relevant authorities from the Ministry of Commerce and Security Services, in addition to the Civil Crimes Management Unit and the Independent High Electoral Commission, discussed the possibility of determining the type of procedures and mechanisms that can be followed to ensure the participation of all in the elections . "[/rtl]

     


    [rtl]He pointed out that "the database will contribute significantly to facilitate the process of updating the register of voters as well as the opening of polling stations close to the center of displacement and facilities to obtain the voter card to ensure their vote and exercise their natural rights guaranteed by the Constitution by election."[/rtl]
