[ltr]Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ibtisam Al-Hilali, confirmed Thursday that the session of the Council today will witness the adoption of the General Budget Law 2018, in the event of a quorum.[/ltr]
[ltr]Al-Hilali told Mawazine News that the budget is in its final stages and will be voted on during the parliamentary session due to be held today if the quorum is complete.[/ltr]
[ltr]"The law will be voted on if the quorum is completed without the Kurdish component."[/ltr]
[ltr]The budget law is witnessing many differences between the political blocs, and the parliament completed the first and second readings of the draft law[/ltr]
