The parliamentary legal committee ruled out Saturday the success of the House of Representatives to pass any law during next Tuesday's session, pointing out that the meeting will be formal and propaganda purposes.
MP Zana Said said in a statement that the House of Representatives has not been able to complete the legal quorum at all Tuesday, "noting that" the meeting will be formal and for electoral purposes only, without the possibility of passing any law is mentioned. "
