An Israeli general admitted that Iran's threats to respond to the attack on its bases in Syria are a major concern for the security services in Israel.
"The threat of Iran to respond to the joint attack on its bases in Syria occupies the Israeli security services to a large extent, and it is not clear whether Iran will dare to attack Israel," Maj. Gen. Ya'akov Amid Rour was quoted as saying by the Maariv daily.
"Iran has put itself in a dilemma and has to respond. At the same time, they are looking at the price they will pay for it and we have to understand that this could lead to deterioration," he said.
Iran confirmed its Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qassimi that it would respond to the Israeli attack on the military airport, last week, at the appropriate time. Ending / 25
