    [rtl]Sumer News: A spokesman for the Office of Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi, the truth of the news about the existence of understandings between the federal government and the Kurdistan region on the return of Peshmerga to the disputed areas.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]"I have never said so, but there is no agreement between the two sides on the return of the Peshmerga to the dispute," al-Hadithi told Sumer News.[/rtl]
