    A member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party Majid Shankali, on Monday, that the two major parties in Kurdistan won about 13 seats in the disputed areas, adding that the participation of Kurds in the next government is subject to the return of the Peshmerga to the disputed areas.
    "The participation of the Kurds in any bloc without the implementation of the constitutional provision relating to Article 140 will be a great loss to the Kurds, especially in the disputed areas," Shankali said in a statement.
    "The two Democratic parties and the Patriotic Union won in the disputed areas about 13 seats, and therefore they are the reason for the parties to get 30% of the seats."
    "The participation of the Kurds in the next government, subject to the application of Article 140 and the return of the Peshmerga to the disputed areas," adding that "the political blocs working today to resolve the outstanding problems between Baghdad and Erbil, especially the application of Article 140 according to a timetable." Ending / 25 n
