    The head of Sulaymaniyah International Airport, Tahir Abdullah, said Monday that the federal government has issued a strong warning to Ankara that if flights from Sulaimaniya airport are opened, it will stop flights with it at all Iraqi airports.


    In a statement received by Baghdad Post, Abdullah said the Turkish government's decision not to allow all countries to pass their flights to and from Sulaymaniyah airport.


    He added that the Iraqi government and through the Ministry of Transport informed the Turkish Embassy to deal with international and bilateral agreements between the two countries and to end the siege on Sulaymaniyah International Airport.
