    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The MP Muhsen al-Sadoon of Kurdistan
    Alliance, headed by the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani,
    announced that “KA called to include the payment of the financial dues
    of the oil companies operating in Kurdistan Region within 2013 budget.”

    Sadoon told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “We call to refer to the
    agreement that was concluded between the Iraqi Central Government and KR
    Government about paying the dues of the oil companies operating in KR.”

    They will never pass the budget without this payment inclusion... Maliki concluded this agreement with the Kurd's so until the hydrocarbon law is passed you can count on this item to be a regular requirement of the Kurd's in the national budget....
