The Department of Prevention in the Integrity Commission revealed on Tuesday the existence of (21) violations on the subject of conflict of interest while conducting research and investigation of funds (350) expensive during the month of April.
The Department explained in a press statement that its staff conducted research and investigation of 500 funds allocated to various government agencies through (224) visits to government and private banks, the Iraqi Stock Exchange, the Registrar of Companies, the financial transfer companies, the Real Estate Registration Department, In addition to the analysis of information (105) of the taxpayers to search for the existence of cases of inflated funds or not through the audit (468) form.
She added that the number of forms of financial disclosure received and audited during the last month amounted to (2080) form, indicating that she documented (2400) forms, in addition to setting up a workshop to introduce the list of job behavior No. (1) for 2016 and the first amendment of 2017 to a number of employees of the Ministry of Commerce .
The Department pointed out that the Anti-Bribery Division carried out 19 visits during the same period to a number of the Ministries of Interior, Finance and Health, in addition to the Municipality of Baghdad, while the two divisions prepared and followed up the functional performance and career behavior with 65 visits to a number of departments of defense ministries Science, planning, tourism, culture and archeology, as well as the Shiite Waqf Bureau, the Central Bank and the Federation of Industries.
