    [rtl]He added that "the meeting came out with recommendations that will be presented to the concerned authorities in the Iraqi government. The most prominent of these was the establishment of a systematic policy for the import and export operations and the laws related to these operations and emphasizing the interest in the research centers for animal production as well as the cessation of genetic deterioration in livestock as well as the interest in the market, Open roads and markets for export. "[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The meeting stressed the need to access international banks in order to obtain international banking facilities and services, not to mention the interest in linking agricultural institutions with foreign institutions and companies, not only to bring technology, but to bring with them expertise in how to manage products," he said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]On the other hand, the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture Hamid Adwan said that "the ministry seeks to find appropriate solutions to the challenges faced by the private sector by devoting the recommendations made by the meeting and applied on the ground."[/rtl]
