    The Islamic Dawa Party seeks to keep the post of Prime Minister from his share of the fourth session by filling his ranks and unifying his speech in negotiations with the other blocs, while Tehran continues its efforts to re-activate the role of the National Alliance again.
     A committee was formed recently within the Islamic Dawa party led by party leader Abdel Halim Zuhairi, who is working to melt the ice between the party's two main parties, Haidar al-Abadi and Nuri al-Maliki, in order to restore the party's strength and to succeed in retaining the post of prime minister.
    Political sources revealed the convening of a high-level political meeting in the house of the leader of the Islamic Dawa Party, Abdul-Halim Zuhairi attended by the President of the coalition of victory Haider Abadi, the leader of a coalition of law Nuri al-Maliki and the head of the Fatah alliance Hadi al-Amiri.
    The sources said in an interview with «Journal News», that "the leading figure in the Islamic Dawa Party, Abdul Halim Zuhairi was able to gather Abadi, Maliki and al-Amiri in a meeting at home," indicating that "the meeting agreed initially on the formation of the largest coalition and the next government and a map of presidential positions and sovereign ministries "He said.
    These sources added that "these understandings may be embarrassing to lead the others who have previously agreed with my list of victory and open to form a larger alliance."

    The total number of seats in the Kurdish blocs is 58 seats distributed as follows, the Kurdistan Democratic Party 25 seats, the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan 18 seats, while the movement of change on 5 seats and the Islamic Union two seats and the Islamic Group two seats and the new generation movement 4 seats, and the coalition of democracy and justice led by Barham Saleh got two seats.
