Chaired by the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Ali Mohsen Ismail final session of the meetings of the General Secretariat for the year 2013.
During the meeting, view the details of the program of public sector reform in Iraq, which was introduced by the Deputy Secretary-General Dr. Farhad God's grace Hussein.
program included levels of institutional building through three committees is the Supreme Committee for Reform and Administrative Committee of the Reformation and the Executive Committee of reform and structural approved in institutional organization and governance.
said Deputy Secretary-General that he was holding a workshop to develop a draft action plan administrative reform in 2014 and held several meetings to mature the plan of action and to ensure comprehensiveness and benefit from other programs of the ministries.
Between The study visits and field has to both Malaysia and Singapore for Tejrebithma in administrative reform .. And included a draft plan to activate the Constitution related to administrative reform and a survey of the laws and decisions related to public service and the ministries to study the laws and regulations, instructions, and make proposals on the reform of public office.
This meeting was attended by Assistant Secretary-General for Administrative and Financial Affairs Obaid replace Freeh and Assistant Secretary-General for ministries and provinces Rehman Issa Hassan and General Managers of the departments of the Secretariat and their assistants and the director of the Executive Office.
