     Falh: presidency of the region claim to accept the options offered by the government to pass the budget
     


    BAGHDAD / obelisk: announced the leadership of the coalition of state law, MP Ali Falh, on Thursday, that the federal government made three proposals to the Kurdistan region to pass on the federal budget for the year 2014.
     
    He Falh at a press conference the House of Representatives and attended "obelisk", "The federal government made several proposals to the Kurds on the budget, including the proposed demanded by the pre-which pay dues of oil companies operating in the region and give a percentage of the 17% of the province of the budget compared to deliver the region's oil extracted from Kurdistan to be exported by the central government. "
     
    "The second proposal is that the leadership is committed to the provincial government to deliver 400 000 barrels of oil per day, according to the agreement previously, and if the number fell from the agreed amount will be deducted from the differences in the proportion of the provincial budget."
     
    He said, "The third proposal is that the government takes over the process of extracting and exporting oil from the region, like the rest of the oil-producing provinces, and that the government is committed to provide all the benefits the province mandated by law."
     
    Falh confirmed that "the presidency of the region claim to accept the options offered by the government to pass the budget because we are in front of election event, pointing out that" the possibility to pass the budget and get a sufficient quorum after it was passed by the Cabinet of Ministers unanimously with the exception of the Kurds. "
