    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:

The Deputy of the State of Law Coalition, Jassim Al-Moussawi, revealed the most prominent obstacles facing the decision of the general budget law, while stressing that the Kurdish parties took advantage of the Federal Court's decision to prevent the export of oil from the Kurdistan region in order to increase their percentage of the general budget.  [/rtl]

[rtl]Al-Moussawi said in a press interview, "The most prominent thing that impedes the approval of the general budget law is the share of the Kurdistan region," noting that "the Kurdish parties demanded the implementation of the political agreement concluded with other blocs, Which provides for reducing the percentage in the budget in return for speeding up the approval of the oil law.” and gas.”[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "The Kurdish parties also objected to changing the operational percentage of the budget to 65%, while the investment percentage was also raised to 35%." ".[/rtl]
[rtl]Regarding approving the general budget and where it has reached, Al-Moussawi explains that "work on approving the general budget law is progressing properly, but disputes worked to stall it," noting that "the budget depends on Baghdad satisfying the region."[/rtl]
