After receiving information from one of the owners of food shops in Al-Rumaitha district about the purchase of foodstuffs in a counterfeit currency by a person, a team was formed immediately under the chairmanship of Maj. Gen. (Sami Saud Jafat), Muthanna police chief, Al-Muthanna and Maj. Rajouj Dhahelis, the officer of Al-Rumaitha crime division, collected the information, planted the sources, followed up the markets and the places where the person could be present, and within a short time he was actually arrested and arrested. The accused admitted to dealing with counterfeit currencies of different categories, Others attended to the judiciary for the disposal of counterfeit currency. The accused's papers were referred to the competent court for his award.
