    MP said the construction coalition Hamid al-Moussawi, Tuesday, that the Kurdistan region will not receive 17% of the budget unless a census of the population, explaining that the budget of 2019 will provide a lot of grades, especially in the refinery of Karbala.
    Moussawi said that "the budget next year will focus on the file services, the most important file of electricity and the allocation of grades," noting that "the refinery Karbala alone will need 18 thousand employees of various disciplines."
    He added that "the budget of the region will remain unchanged, and the increase or decrease will depend on a new population census, which will be next year," stressing that "the region will not get the 17% of the current time until the census" ss
