(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) A member of the alliance of Saher, Ali Mahdi, that he felt "frustration" because of political quotas in the formation of the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi.
"We have passed the toughest stage by voting on a part of Abdul Mahdi's cabin or we would have gone back to re-election," Mehdi told the Al-Furat News.
"We do not believe that tomorrow's meeting will be more difficult than its predecessor," he said, adding that "the problem of Abdul Mahdi surprised the nearest people to him by putting names for the ministries."
Mahdi said, "We have a sense of frustration of quotas in the formation of the government," stressing "should be distributed rights representation and merit equally, not to give the freedom to choose in return other blocs to submit candidates."
He stressed that "Abdul-Mahdi is governed by agreement between the blocs because he is a candidate for compromise and political consensus," noting that "the Ministry of Defense of the share of the reform bloc and not the construction and there is disagreement within the national bloc in the nomination for the post."
