Minister of Industry confirms the ministry's commitment to supporting and encouraging the private industrial sector

[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / Minister of Industry and Minerals Khaled Battal Al-Najm affirmed the ministry's commitment to supporting and encouraging the private industrial sector.
A statement by the ministry said, "Minister of Industry and Minerals Khaled Battal Al-Najm met today, Wednesday, with a number of industrialists in the presence of officials in the ministry and the head of the Iraqi Federation of Industries, and listened to the work obstacles facing industrial projects and a number of issues and matters related to the private industrial sector."
During the meeting, the Minister stressed: "The necessity of raising all real problems and obstacles wherever they exist, and working to solve them within the frameworks and laws in force," noting that the Ministry, according to the law, is the body concerned with developing the private industrial sector, which is the future of the industrial country and important in its prosperity," directing the Department of Industrial Development and Organization at the Ministry's headquarters to hold seminars for industrialists to introduce the Product Protection Law.
He pointed out "the necessity of looking into brick factories that rely on black oil and moving towards using clean, environmentally friendly renewable energy in line with the directives of the central government."
The Minister also stressed his support and encouragement for the real, serious, technically and financially capable private sector, and the Ministry's keenness to provide the possible facilities and means of support to the private sector partnering with the Ministry's companies to succeed and develop existing industrial projects and partnerships."
During the meeting, the reality of a number of industrial projects was reviewed and discussed, and problems and obstacles were raised. The Minister instructed that requests related to the work of industrialists be submitted to the relevant authorities in the Ministry, represented by the General Directorate of Industrial Development, in order to find the necessary solutions for them within the powers and laws in force.
For their part, the industrialists expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Minister for his great support and care for the private sector, pointing to the need for collaborative work with the Ministry to overcome problems and open horizons for real partnerships that serve the interests of the national industry. /End 8[/rtl]
