[size=45]The Kurdistan Regional Government Representation in Baghdad held a training workshop in Erbil on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 17-18, 2024, with the support of the National Data Center, to train employees of government agencies in the region and the federal government, under the direct supervision of “Bakhtiar Haji”, Director General of Relations and Follow-up Affairs at the Representation.[/size]
[size=45]During the workshop, in which about 90 male and female employees participated over two days, participants were trained on how to exchange official correspondence via the representative’s electronic platform.[/size]
[size=45]At the end of the workshop, special certificates were distributed to the participants, in addition to linking new entities to the aforementioned platform, which will help speed up the completion of citizens’ transactions and exchange official letters between the entities linked to the platform on a regular basis.[/size]
[size=45]It is noteworthy that the exchange of letters electronically is a civilized phenomenon, with the availability of communications technology. The ninth cabinet, headed by Mr. Masrour Barzani, worked to generalize this system to government institutions and work with electronic platforms in order to speed up the completion of transactions, save time and reduce expenses on citizens.[/size]
