    The cabinet on Tuesday approved transfers of more than 197 billion dinars to increase the salaries of the popular crowd, in addition to agreeing to equip the unified national card with 5 million raw cards.
    "The Cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi," the Information Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement received by the Information Council. "The Council voted to approve the preparation of the unified national card project with (5 million) By contracting with a global company. "
    He added that "the Council voted to approve the tax exemption for the project of power station, the first invasive gas, and the Council voted on the draft system of identification of criminal cases covered by the provisions of the Law on the protection of witnesses and experts and informants and the number of protected persons No. (58) for the year 2017.
    He pointed out that the Council voted on increasing the allocations and salaries of the members of the Popular Mobilization Authority by conducting transfers amounting to 197 billion and 896 million dinars in accordance with the provisions of Article (2 / I / 3 / B) of the Federal Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2018. Have been identified since 2015 after the issuance of allocations and the current salary for the purpose of increasing the allocations and salaries of the staff of the Commission starting from 1/10/2018.
    He stressed that "was discussed the subject of financial budget for the coming year 2019, where the Council of Ministers to form a government committee with the House of Representatives to resolve a number of outstanding issues."
    He pointed out that "the session witnessed the vote on the re-examination of Regulation No. (2) of 2017 Rules of Procedure of the Department of Management of Arbitration and Legal Consultations issued by the Ministry of Justice."
