    He added that "the actual expenditures spent in 2015, 2016 and 2017, which were respectively (79 trillion), (68 trillion), (75 trillion) and compared with the actual expenditure disbursed in previous years, which amounted to (118 trillion) ) In one of them, although the last years have borne the cost of the war on terrorism and the same basic commitments and that the reduction of investment allocations in it, but this is not an acceptable explanation for the significant difference between the actual disbursement between these years and others, which amounts to more than (48) Trillion) ".
    He stressed the importance of the audit of the final accounts to stand on the imbalance in the disbursement or waste of public funds and adopted a basis to assess the actual need for the amount allocated for the expenses of the budget of 2019, amounting to (132 trillion), covering some of the deficit (26 trillion) to see if there A real need related to the demands and rights of citizens essential to such allocations and the deficit associated with it or it is tainted with waste and gaps that give the weak souls opportunities to acquire an important part of these allocations.
