Parliamentary integrity declares its intention to open the file of Baghdad, the capital of Arab culture

BAGHDAD - Parliamentary Integrity Committee member Sabah Talbi al-Ukaili stressed on Tuesday the need to open files of corruption in the departments and institutions of the state successive governments on Iraq, while referring to work on opening the file Baghdad, the capital of Arab culture and Najaf capital of Islamic culture in the next stage.
"There is a lot of files of corruption in the ministries and departments and institutions of the state did not open, some of them were closed for political reasons," said Aqaily in a statement to his media office. "The need to open the files of all projects faltering in the era of successive governments on Iraq."
He added that "from our presence in the Integrity Committee there is moved to open some files, including the file of Baghdad, the capital of Arab culture for the year 2013 and Najaf, the capital of Islamic culture for 2012," pointing out that "there are millions of dollars wasted on projects lagging and not completed under the ministers and officials in successive governments From 2003 to 2018 ".
