    President Barham Saleh said on Thursday that the government is seeking to implement an economic plan that will enable the private sector and encourage investment.
    "The new Iraqi government is seeking to implement a plan for economic restructuring based on enabling the private sector and encouraging investment," Saleh said in a speech from Rome on the sidelines of his participation in the Mediterranean Dialogue Conference.
