Pointing out that the Iraqi society according to its demographic data is a young and economically active society, because the largest proportion of the population (15 - 69) years are among the economically active population. And Hindawi said that the total population of Iraq for the year 2018 exceeded the (38) million people slightly, the largest number of males (19) million and (261) thousand people, while the number of females (18) million and (863) thousand.
He pointed out that (26) million and (630) thousand of the population live in urban (cities) make up more than (70%) of the population, compared to (11) million and (500) thousand people living in the countryside.
