    The Council of Ministers approved on Monday the disbursement of allocations to the provinces within the Federal Budget Law for the fiscal year 2019 commensurate with the ministerial curriculum.
    "The approval of the disbursement of provincial allocations within the budget of 2019 included the allocation of 20-25% for the education sector, while 10% was allocated to the health sector, 20% to the municipal sector and 10% to the sector. Electricity, 5% for the security sector, 5% for the youth and sports sector, and 25-30% according to the specificity of each governorate, as it is entitled to spend it in any governmental sector to withdraw the need of the province and its priorities indicated in the Ministry of Planning.
    The statement added that "the decision stressed the priority of the completion of projects lagging high completion rates, which have a positive and positive impact is reflected strongly on the lives of citizens, taking into account not to exceed the cost of new strategic projects about 15% of the total allocations of each province, Districts and areas of the province in the implementation of projects commensurate with the priorities and the importance of each project. "
    The statement pointed out that "the decision required the provinces to fill out the form of preparation of the government program for the years 2019-2022 prepared by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the distribution of projects according to the proportions mentioned, and submitted within a maximum of 15 days," noting that "the decision will also rely on data Ministry of Labor And social affairs in determining the percentage of unemployed ".
