A protest for health workers in Basra to claim financial dues and land

On Monday morning, the health and nursing staff in Basrah hospitals [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/4420/%D9%88%D9%82%D9%81%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D8%AD%D8%AA%D8%AC%D8%A7%D8%AC%D9%8A%D8%A9]organized a protest[/url] to demand an increase in the allocation of risk and infection and the distribution of housing or plots of land on them as well as other demands.
The director of Abi Al-Khasib Hospital in the south of the province, Zia Abdullah, said that the health professionals in the hospital participated in the stand that demanded the lifting of the housing allowance from their salaries and raise the allocation of infection and dangerous from 50% to 100% and including the distribution of plots of land or houses and other demands.
He added that the officials concerned promised to fulfill part of those demands.
