Former MP Fawzi Akram Tarazi called on Tuesday to turn Tal Afar and Tuzhurmatu into provinces and new districts.
"I call upon the members of the Kirkuk Provincial Council to approach the parliament and the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation to establish the district of Taza Khurmatu, Walton Kubri and the district of Bashir, according to the amendments of the law of the unregulated provinces of the region," Tarsi said in a statement received by Mawazine News.
Tarazi called on members of the Mosul Governorate Council to "approach the competent authorities to make Tall Afar a province of its population density, geographical location and distance from the other governorates, in addition to public and popular demand and neglect, marginalization and marginalization in basic services."
He continued: "I also call on the Salahuddin Governorate Council to approach the competent authorities to make the district of Tuz Khurmato province because of its infrastructure."
"This is a national humanitarian responsibility incumbent on members of the House of Representatives and the Ministry of Planning, to provide the best services and improve the living situation in the right manner."
He expressed surprise that: "40 years ago did not create a province or spend in spite of urban expansion and increase human development and the requirements of the stage and appeal to the citizens of the state and government," adding: "Yes it is time to think the mind and mind of a solid institutional state for generations of promising." / A.43
