90% of the investment allocations for the previous year's budget was restored to the state

BAGHDAD / JD / .. Commission criticized the economy and investment representative, Statistics announced by the Ministry of Planning regarding the exchange ratio of the budget in 2013, confirmed that more than 90% of the investment budget allocations returned to the state.

Nora Albjara Agency / JD /: "The statistics of the Ministry of Planning regarding the proportions of disbursements budget in 2013 is inaccurate, as announced that the rate of exchange of the investment budget amounted to more than (50%), while the previous year's budget approved in March Srvyatea was launched in the month of June. "
She added that most of the provinces and ministries can not spend the amount allocated to it in the general budget in the implementation of their investment projects, which led to a return of more than 90% of the money allocated for capital spending to the state was recycled to the budget in 2014.
