BAGHDAD / NINA / The MP, of the state of law coalition, Ihsan al-Awadi
said House Speaker Osama Nujaifi is not fit for the presidency of the
parliament and his dismissal became a chore, as he put it.

    He
said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /:
"Nujaifi's sectarian, racial and personal deal with the political issues
and his meeting with officials from enemy state to Iraq, which is
Qatar, makes him unfit to lead the legislative authority, which needs a
qualified person for this position ."

    Awadi added: "The MPs will
move seriously when Parliament holds its session to dismiss Nujaifi from
office, after collecting enough signatures to the dismissal request,
noting that a number of political blocs want to withdraw confidence from
    Nujaifi."

The MP, of the state of law coalition, Shaker Darraji
told / NINA /: "There are more than 120 signatures from members of the
House of Representatives to dismiss Osama al-Nujaifi from office.

    The
House Speaker Osama al-Nujaifi visited Qatar a few days ago for the
purpose of conducting a television interview with Al-Jazeera. / End
