The source explained that "Kerry's visit will take several hours, during which he will meet Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and parliament speaker Osama Najafi without meeting with his Iraqi counterpart Hoshyar Zebari, the presence of the latter outside Baghdad."
The Kerry ended a visit to the region last week and has not visited Baghdad, as expected, in a reference understood as a "fear of American intervention in the Iraqi crisis, and confirm the position of Washington to abandon the Iraqi file".
